Deleting your account
Before you delete
Cancel Pro first if you have it: profile menu → Manage Subscription → Billing → Manage billing. Do this before deleting so you aren't charged again.
How to delete
- Go to profile menu → My Profile and click Delete account, or go directly to app.stayfreshapp.com/delete-account.
- Enter your email and password.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Click Permanently Delete Account.
This can't be undone. Your account and data are permanently deleted, including your cuts, photos, tools, and preferences.
