Password reset and email verification

Reset your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email on your account. We'll send you a 6-digit code.
  3. Enter the code, then create a new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it.
  4. You'll see Password Reset! Click Back to Login and sign in.

Didn't get the code? Check spam or promotions, or click Resend code.

Verify your email

  1. Go to profile menu → My Profile and click Verify email address.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code we email you.

Codes expire after a short time. If yours doesn't work, click Resend code to get a new one. Once you're verified, your profile shows Email verified ✅.
