Getting started with StayFresh
StayFresh helps you track your haircuts: when you got them, how they looked, who cut them, and how long they last.
1. Create your account
Go to app.stayfreshapp.com and choose Sign up free. Enter:
- a username (3–30 characters: letters, numbers,
_or-) - your email
- a password (at least 8 characters)
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Sign Up.
2. Verify your email
Go to profile menu (top right) → My Profile → Verify email address. We'll email you a 6-digit code to enter. See Password reset and email verification.
3. Set your defaults (optional, saves time)
Go to profile menu → User Preferences → Cut Defaults and set your usual barber, location, and hairstyle. They'll fill in automatically every time you log a cut.
4. Log your first cut
Go to Haircut Tracker → New Haircut. See Logging a haircut.
Finding your way around
The sidebar on the left has:
- Dashboard: days since your last cut, days between your last cuts, and your recent cuts
- Track: Haircut Tracker, My Cuts, Reminders
- Analyze: Stats
- Manage: Cut Station (your tools)
Your account, preferences, and subscription are in the profile menu in the top right.
Mobile app (optional)
StayFresh also has a mobile app with extra tracking features, such as a timer, templates, and other features. It uses the same account. Go to profile menu → Download Apps.
