Haircut reminders

StayFresh can email you when it's almost time for your next cut.

1. Set your schedule

Go to profile menu → User Preferences → Scheduling: - Cut Interval (days): how often you usually get a haircut - Reminder Days Before: how many days before your next cut you want a reminder

2. Turn on email reminders

Go to Reminders in the sidebar: 1. Turn on Enable Email Reminders. 2. Choose a Reminder Time. 3. Click Save Changes.

On the Free plan, reminders arrive at 8 AM or 9 AM. With Pro, you can choose any hour. See StayFresh Pro and billing.

Not getting reminder emails?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Add support@stayfreshapp.com to your contacts.
  • Make sure your email is verified (**profile menu → My Profile**).

Mobile app (optional)

The mobile app can also send push notifications for reminders. Set them in the app under Settings → Haircut Reminders.
