StayFresh Pro and Billing

StayFresh is free to use. Pro unlocks more features.

To see current plans and pricing, go to profile menu → Manage Subscription → Plans.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Click Upgrade in the top bar, or go to profile menu → Manage Subscription → Plans.
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro.
  3. Complete secure checkout (powered by Stripe).
  4. You'll see Welcome to Pro! and can start using Pro right away.

If you see "We couldn't verify your checkout session" and you were charged, email us and we'll sort it out.

Manage billing

Go to profile menu → Manage Subscription → Billing to see your current plan, then click Manage billing to:

  • update your payment method
  • view and download invoices
  • change or cancel your subscription

Cancel Pro

Go to Manage Subscription → Billing → Manage billing and cancel your subscription. You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, and the Billing tab shows the date it ends. Your haircut history stays when you go back to Free.
